These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from Hommix and to every distance contract concluded between Hommix and the consumer.
By placing an order, the customer declares to agree to these terms and conditions.

Hommix strives for the most accurate possible description of all products. Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer do not bind Hommix.

4. Prices
All stated prices are expressed in euros (€) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Hommix reserves the right to adjust prices at any time.
5. Payment
Payments are made via secure and certified payment methods.
An order will only be processed after receipt of payment.
6. Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address specified by the customer.
The stated delivery times are indicative and do not entitle the customer to compensation in the event of delay.
7. Right of withdrawal
The customer has the right to dissolve the agreement within 14 days after receipt of the product without stating reasons, in accordance with applicable legislation.

Hommix is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or loss arising from the use of the products.
The liability of Hommix is limited to the amount of the relevant order.
9. Force majeure
In case of force majeure (e.g., delays at suppliers, transport problems, strikes), Hommix cannot be held liable for delays or non-fulfillment of obligations.
10. Applicable law
Belgian law applies to these terms and conditions.
Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in Belgium.
