Not entirely satisfied with your purchase? You can make use of your right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

After notifying us of your return, you have another 14 days to send back the product.

Conditions

The product must be:

• Unused and undamaged

• In its original condition

• Returned in its original packaging if possible

Returns without prior notification cannot be accepted.

After approval, you will receive further instructions.

Refund

After receipt and inspection of the returned product, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the same payment method.

Return costs

The costs for return shipment are for the customer's account, unless the product was damaged or incorrectly delivered.
